Sarab(Bijar) mine: Bijar Kor Koreh Polasary(town) iron exploratory confine, has been proclaimed uncontested due to letter number 125\7368 at May 25th 2005 by industries and mines organization of Kurdestan state, after registration application and issuance of exploratory license with number 125\50-30 at April 19th 2005.The purpose of this exploratory is: creation of national wealth and employment, exploitation of minerals, eradication of poverty and producing the raw materials and etc. All this mentioned cases have influence on economic growth of the exploratory area. Also it’s a great help to environment and farmers by soil filtration of iron pieces. |
Geographical position Bijar Kor Koreh Polasary iron exploratory confine has 36\4 square km expanse and it is at the farthest end of north east of Kurdestan state (at Zanjan state vicinity) in the region named Hassan Abad Yasookand, between Sarab and lower Ghavagh village. This region is environs of Karani district of Bijar.
