The company officially began its activity at 2005. Prospecting and exploration of reserves, mine exploitation, mineral business and production of high-tech alleys has been the goal of establishing the company.

The main steps in mining field are abstracted in the following:

Exploitation of Kor Kore Iron Ore Mine.
Prospecting of Iron, Chromites and Manganese reserves in some of the provinces in Iran.
Exploitation of three Iron Ore Mines as joint ventures.
Working as a joint venture with a Mineral Processing Factory.

The main steps in mineral export abstracted in the following:

Exporting more than 400.000 tons Iron Ore in last three years.
Exporting more than 5.000 tons Chromites Ore in last three years.

Accompany with Shahrood University of Technology for designing dynamic price prediction software.
Accompany with Petro Pars Company for consulting in petroleum data processing.

Following up increasing the consulting offers, Madan Felez_e Pasargad decided to establish a new consulting company, Zamin Jouyan_e Pasergad, at 2008.
